The tray is L25.6 x W10 x H4.6cm (10.08 x 3.94 x 1.81 inches). The natural stones are approx 10-27mm and the mini buddha is H9 x W5.2cm (3.54 x 2.05 inches). The incense holder is 4cm (1.57 inches) in diameter and has a small hole that is 2.6mm in diameter. For all of the dimensions for the whole set, please refer to image 2 or the description.
